Helping older Australians live independently at home

Support at Home is the Australian Government's in-home aged care program, helping older Australians maintain their independence and continue living safely at home. Depending on your needs, support may include clinical care, personal care, transport, help around the home and other services that make day-to-day life easier.

To access ongoing support, you'll need a My Aged Care assessment, which helps determine the services and funding available to you. If you're unsure where to start or would like support navigating the process, VMCH is here to help.
