What you need to know about applying for Support at Home:

Applications start with My Aged Care, either online or by calling 1800 200 422.

After your assessment, you'll receive a letter outlining your outcome and approved services.

When funding becomes available, you can choose a provider and begin arranging your services.

How do I apply for Support at Home?

To access Support at Home, you'll first contact My Aged Care and answer a few questions. You may then be booked for an assessment, either at home or by phone.

After your assessment, you'll receive a letter explaining the outcome, including whether you've been approved and the services you're eligible to receive.

When funding becomes available, you'll receive another notification confirming your funding allocation. From there, you can choose a provider to plan and deliver your services.
